Black Rocks

Black Rocks consists of short basalt column climbing just outside of town. It stays warm in the winter, making it a popular cold day location. Park at 37.153445, -113.606093 on the left side of highway 18 when coming from St George. Walk north on the bike trail then take a left onto the footpath, across a tortoise barrier. In a couple minutes you'll come to the lip of the small canyon and can descend to access the climbs.
