The Stacks

A cluster of granite boulders at the base of a wall. Potential for 100+ problems. This area has a high concentration of crack/offwidth problems with a few in the world class range. Take exit 165 'Flood Hope Road' (not to be confused with 168 also labeled the same). Make your way to the south side of the highway if traveling westbound. Once on the south side of the highway, the road will 'T' with an unnamed road. Turn left here and drive until just before the end of the paved road. Park on the shoulder. Park at Stacks Parking (can also be searched on Google Maps). From the parking, take the obvious trail across the creek and to a small clearing. Take the trail on the right when you get to the clearing and walk just a few more minutes to get to the Warm Up Cluster of Lower Left Stacks. Everything to the right of this is Lower Right Stacks. Walk time to the first boulders when you know where you're going is <5min from the car.
