Description
The Skykomish Valley consists of all the climbing along Highway 2 in Washington State from Monroe, WA to Steven's Pass. It includes many areas with sport, trad and bouldering, and quality climbing including Index, Gold Bar, Treasury and Miller River climbing. Absolutely worth a visit, particularly in the summer months when some of these areas have cooler temps, or in the deep winter when Gold Bar's sunny aspect allows for climbing even when Leavenworth is under feet of snow.
